Rename files as:
FlagGlow.pcx
Flags2.pcx
stuff.pcx for SMG (extra colours available)
PalMaster.pcx for SMA (standard colours)

1 Aug 10: Those using the larger Hill USA infantry flags have been moved 4 pixels to the left so that the flag does not overlap the frame to its right.
